Premium Postcode Service

Businesses are increasingly keen to make a good impression and to make it easy for their customers to communicate with them.

The Premium Postcode Service is designed for businesses that wish to publish a premier postcode as their postal address. We allow you to choose your own premium JE1 postcode which will be used as your postal address for all mail sent to you.

The service also allows you to choose separate Premium Postcodes for different parts of your business. For example, you may wish to allocate different postcodes for your Trust department and Banking services. This way the mail is already sorted into the relevant sections when it is delivered making it much quicker for you to distribute.

It is important that the Premium Postcode address is used as your postal address for all mail sent to you. The format of your new Premium Postcode is important as incorrectly addressed mail may be delayed or treated as undeliverable.

Premium Postcode Format

The use of the Premium Postcode is subject to using the correct addressing format. Jersey Post will advise you of the correct format upon application. An example of a Premium Postcode address is show below:

ABC Company (Your company name)

ABC House (building name)

13 Broad Street (Street address)

St Helier (Parish)

JERSEY (must be in capitals)

JE1 1AA* (in capitals)

*you will be allocated your own unique JE1 postcode.

Please avoid publishing your registered, geographical and new Premium Postcode mailing address at the same time, as a mixture of addressing formats may lead to confusion and again lead to mail being delayed or treated as undeliverable. It may be convenient to register your new Premium Postcode address as your registered business address.

A further advantage of a Premium Postcode Service is that your new postcode is portable. It enables you to keep the same postcode should you relocate your business within Jersey in the future.

Premium Postcode customers have their mail delivered in the mornings as a priority. There is also the option to have your mail collected in the afternoon in a way that bests suits your needs.

With mail deliveries and collections direct to and from your door, this service saves you time and effort so that valuable resources can be used elsewhere.

Monthly invoicing is set up for your company account.
